Ribbon Cutting Ceremony - Texas Rain had a ribbon cutting ceremony for their new plant in Smithville, Texas on August 2nd 2010. The ceremony was attended by many local political bigwigs. All who attended were supremely impressed with the plant.
The other half of the time there was much conversation about how successful and visionary Texas Rain is as a company and how everyone wants a piece of the action. Talk centered around the event on what the company is going to do moving forward with future business plans including sales, marketing, capital equipment and new bottling lines.
Everyone was happy and wanted to come back when the next plant was opened, as a wonderful time was had by all.

Texas Rain facilities are temporarily closed due to the fires in-between Bastrop and Smithville. The Bottling Plant is being used as a staging area for Firefighters from the local region, Federal Forestry Service and National Guard, trucks, dozers and crews. The fires were about 1500 to 2000 ft away from the bottling plant on 9/5/11 Monday. As of Wednesday 9/7/11 the fire crews had the blaze contained in that area for now. We hope to be operating as soon as we are allowed back into the area. Electrical and water has been turned off due to hazardous conditions and hope to be restored once it is safe to resume operations. Please bare with us through this tragic time and help the local residence in any way you can. Many have lost everything and need help.
TEXAS RAIN WANTS TO THANK ALL FIREFIGHTERS FOR THEIR GALLENT EFFORTS IN HELPING SO MANY! THANKS TO ALL EMERGENCY PERSONNEL AND VOLUNTEERS FOR ASSISTING ALL! Keep your head up, city of Bastrop
